Overview
The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) enacted new data protection regulations – the Data Protection Regulations 2021 – on 11th February 2021. Training on the new regulations is vital for staff at ADGM firms – not just for successful implementation but also to avoid the possibility of significant financial sanctions for breaches. Suitable for all staff, this eLearning module will sit perfectly within firms’ training programmes. It puts the Data Protection Regulations into context, highlighting the core requirements in a way that is sufficiently comprehensive to be suitable for all staff needing training on its purpose and impact.
