DFSA Conduct Principles Training Solutions

From 1 July 2026, the DFSA will require most staff employed by an Authorised Firm to comply with the DFSA Conduct Principles for the first time.

Authorised Individuals performing Licensed Functions are already subject to the Principles. Under the new framework, the number of Conduct Principles will increase from six to seven, with all seven applying to Authorised Individuals.

Four of the seven Principles will also apply to most other staff involved in the Firm’s regulated activities. These staff are referred to as “Relevant Employees.”
