DFSA Conduct Principles eLearning
Overview
This eLearning module details the updated Conduct Principles (which apply from 1 July 2026) and explains what they mean for staff in the context of their roles.
It builds awareness of the Conduct Principles and establishes an understanding of the standards of behaviour that the DFSA expects from all levels of staff at an Authorised Firm.
The module uses realistic, interactive scenarios to explore the regulatory requirements and the DFSA’s key expectations.
Course Details
Two eLearning modules are available, each one targeted at a particular subset of staff:
- Conduct Principles for Authorised Individuals
a) Provides an introduction to the accountability regime
b) Outlines the Core Principles for Authorised Firms and the Conduct Principles
c) Explains the fitness and propriety assessment for Authorised Individuals
d) Includes case studies which explore the practical application of all seven Conduct Principles that apply to Authorised Individuals - Conduct Principles for Relevant Employees
a) Provides an introduction to the accountability regime
b) Outlines the Core Principles for Authorised Firms and the Conduct Principles
c) Includes case studies which explore the practical application of the four Conduct Principles that apply to Relevant Employees
Assessment
This module and the end of course assessment can be tailored to incorporate client-specific content.
Delivery
Our interactive learning is delivered online, so all you need is an internet-connected device – we’ll do the rest.
We handle every part of the set-up process, from customising your individual Learning Management System (LMS), loading staff data, setting up a deployment and reminder schedule and reporting on progress.
In addition, administrators can also have access to all of these tools too, giving you the flexibility to be involved as much or as little as you prefer.
