LMS stands for Learning Management System. It’s an online platform that we use to deploy eLearning modules to the end-user, record and collate user data (such as courses accessed, time spent and scores), send out completion reminders, generate certificates etc. It also allows internal administrators to access this information at a click of a button and generate reports and T&C records as required.

Yes, our secure LMS is customisable to reflect your corporate logo.
Our eLearning modules are installed on any SCORM compliant LMS.
SCORM stands for Shareable Object Reference Model it is a standardised way of packaging up eLearning courses so that each module communicates data in the same way. We can install SCORM wrapped eLearning on any LMS as long as the LMS is SCORM compliant.
Of course. An appointed member of the CCL Academy Customer Success Team manages as much or as little of the implementation and management as you like. You also have your administrator access, giving you full access to manage the eLearning rollout if you prefer.

Upgrades & Releases
Minor releases are adhoc when required. More significant, notable releases are periodic. We’ll contact you directly with release dates. The most recent release being our Summer ’25 which commenced August 2025.
Unless we have advised you ahead of the release, typically nothing is required of you.
No. All your user data, course completions, records, and settings are unaffected.
Yes. You can book a guided demo with our team to preview the features and ask any questions before the switch.
Nothing. This upgrade is included in your existing plan, so no additional fees or charges.
Minimal to none. Most accounts experience zero disruption. If any brief downtime is required, we’ll notify you in advance and schedule it outside of business hours.
No retraining required. Due to the intuitive design, Learners will be able to navigate the updated interface with no guidance.

Whilst we can schedule a preferred date, to ensure a high-quality service and continued support, all clients are upgraded/provided the latest release.
